THE COMMERCE LIFE AND AGORAS OF THE ANCIENT GREEKS






Have you ever heard about the Agoras located in Greece?, how about the commerce and life of the Ancient Greeks?








An Agora is the place were the Greeks used to meet to take politial decisions or to celebrate. Later on, the Agora also serve as place for commerce; where people from the closest cities to Atena used to come and trade different merchandise.

The Agora was located at the center of a city, to allow people in the city to come together and participate in all the decisionS were taken for the economic development of the city.
We can classify the Agoras in two different types. First, the Agoras were religious and politic decisions were discussed, and the Mercantil Agoras.

One of the most important Agoras was the Agora in Atenas, which actually still preserves its original roof. Inside this Agora very important decision were made and in honor to this Agora, the Agora museum was created. In the museum you can appreciate different original scultures and design from the ancient greeks.  Let's transport to Greece and take a look of the original building where the Agora took place.
